By registering in advance, you will receive the official WSET Level 3 Study Pack and gain access to our preparatory materials, including quizzes and exercises. This allows you the flexibility to decide whether to enroll in the next available course or to opt for a session at a later date. Please ensure you confirm your participation at least two months prior to the course start date, subject to place availability. The amount paid for pre-registration will be credited towards the total course fee upon confirmation of your participation. Next course dates: ➨ 11-13 & 25-27 July 2025

WSET Level 3 in Wines - Pre registration Policy Course Rescheduling: Up to 5 weeks before the course start date: Rescheduling is possible free of charge (cost of WSET® materials will apply) Up to 3 weeks before the course starts, an administration fee of € 50 and the cost of any WSET® materials will apply Up to 2 weeks before the course start date: 100% of the paid course fees will be retained. When rescheduling a course, the already paid fees will be credited under the following conditions: The new course date must be attended within one year. If the new course date is offered at higher prices, the additional costs will be charged. Course Fee Refunds: Up to 30 days before the course start date: 100% of the paid course fees will be refunded, minus an administration fee of €50 per participant. (cost of WSET® materials will apply) 19 to 15 days before the course start date: 50% of the course fee will be refunded. From 14 days before the course start date: no refund is possible. We kindly ask for your understanding that adherence to these conditions is necessary. Our courses are expensive and planned for a limited number of participants. When fully booked, we cannot accommodate additional registrations or waiting lists. Therefore, last-minute cancellations do not result in the reallocation of spots. As a WSET provider, we are bound by their policies. Registrations and exam orders are subject to charges and are non-cancellable after a certain period. Our conditions also apply in case of illness. Cancellation/Rescheduling by the Organizer: Minimum number of participants: If the minimum number of participants is not met, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel the course up to 7 days before the start date. In case of cancellation, participants can choose either an alternative date or receive a full refund. Participant number check: Participants can inquire at any time via email at office@grapeskills.com whether the minimum number of participants has been reached. Unforeseen circumstances: If the course is canceled at short notice due to important unforeseen reasons (e.g. force majeure, illness of the trainer with no replacement available), we will offer an alternative date or a refund.
